What is in these items?

IBI is the annual municipal property tax, based on the cadastral value. Basura is the town's rubbish collection charge. The comunidad is the owners' community fee, for apartments and for urbanisations with a shared pool or gardens.

With healthcare through your pension you usually pay nothing extra in Spain; with the S1 form your cover runs through your home country. If you work in Spain, you pay contributions through your salary or as self-employed.
